Come run and sweat with us at HIIT & Run this FRIDAY @ 6:45AM (50 min class).
Free! All levels welcome.
WHAT TO EXPECT:
This class is a fun, high-energy class combining high-intensity interval exercises and short running intervals, designed to get your heart rate up and get you sweating and moving!
-Running drills, focusing on good running form and elements
-Short, interval-style running/relays
-HIIT strength exercises, using the unique features/benches of Central Park!
-A relaxing cooldown stretch
NO RUNNING EXPERIENCE NECESSARY! All levels welcome.
WHAT TO BRING:
-A mat (optional), if you don't love grass
-Small towel, if you don't love sweat
-Water bottle! There are water fountains in the park as well.
