HOW IS YOUR BRAIN DOING?
* Do you frequently experience forgetfulness, distracted thinking, or unexplained anxiety?
* Do you worry about yourself or loved ones developing Alzheimer's or dementia, especially if family members have had it?
* Did you know that 97% of Alzheimer's cases are lifestyle- and environment-related, NOT genetically related?
* Do you feel like forgetfulness and dulled thinking are a natural part of aging that you can't do anything about?

If "yes" to any of the above, this class is for you.

* Have you experienced any trauma in your life?
* Do you find yourself holding back from doing something important to you for fear of failure, what others will think, or not doing it perfectly?
* Do you ever let your emotions take control of you?
* Is your sleep or performance in your job or a sport not what you want it to be?
* Are you finding it hard to change or let go of a bad habit?

If "yes" to any of the above, this class is for you.

South University will be hosting speaker, author, Master Hypnotherapist and Mind Hack Coach, Lisa Smith, CEO of local award-winning The Coaching Center for MindTraining & Success.

Lisa will be sharing—in layman’s terms—some of the latest mental health statistics, neuroscience research, and techniques to keep your brain healthy, minimize and correct cognitive impairments such as fuzzy thinking, forgetfulness, PTSD, dementia and Alzheimer's, and optimize your brain's natural abilities to change behaviors and to think, emote and act in peak performance mode.

Open to the public (age 18 or higher). RESERVATIONS ARE REQUIRED. SEATING IS LIMITED TO 50.
