Join Willena Long for this critical audit of your professional digital identity. Willena is an Executive Leadership Ninja. She helps leaders slay their dragons so they can lead with confidence and precision to increase productivity, improve morale, and build a better future for their employees.

More about Coach Willena

Willena has always been a people person. She loves connecting with others and helping them find their way in the world, whether that means getting the right person into the right role at work or helping them figure out how to live a more fulfilling life.

After spending 10 years in tech recruiting, she realized she wanted to help people find their way in their own lives—and that’s when her journey as an Executive Leadership Ninja began. She realized that she had the power and the pizazz to change lives!

She started coaching executives, and having clients tell her they were getting promoted and making more money was just icing on the cake. It was so gratifying for her to see the changes in their lives—not just because they were happy but because they were better able to give back.

After years of honing her craft, she’s ready to share what she’s learned with you!

Members of HR Girlfriends can submit to have their resumes reviewed LIVE during the session.
