    Hi there,

    Hi all,

Great panel yesterday and excellent questions. In case you were interested in some resources available to address bias in hiring, here are several things to check out. You'll have to search for them as it won't let me insert links.

    - Blindspot: Hidden Bias of Good People - a great book introduction to implicit bias, including self-discovery exercises.

    - Gender Bias "De-Coder" for Job Descriptions - a simple tool that highlights the way the wording of job descriptions can be gendered.

    - "Interrupting Interview Bias by Eric Burke" A short video on interrupting bias in interviews - by and Engineer and aimed at Engineers
