How HR can use visualizations to change behavior with Steve Wexler

Details
Come hear Steve Wexler talk about the importance of visualizations. Why do organizations build dashboards? To convey critical information, reinforce good behavior, and to change bad behavior. And what’s the best way to get people to use these dashboards? It’s personalization – not packed bubbles and donut charts – that will draw people in, keep them engaged, and change people’s behavior – in a really big way! In this presentation data visualization expert and best-selling author Steve Wexler will show what works, what doesn’t, and how HR organizations can build truly useful dashboards that engage and inspire (and yes, change behavior).
