NEW Quarter Begins: Beginner Hula Hoop Dance Fitness Class
The NEW Quarter begins Friday, August 31st! Registration is now open or drop in passes are available at the office before class. In this beginner class, you will learn the fundamentals and principals of hoop dance. Emphasis will be on core moves and techniques that you can do with a hula hoop, on and off the body. No experience necessary! NOTE TO NEW STUDENTS: Classes are on a quarter system and are progressive, utilizing techniques and moves from previous weeks classes. Drop in's are welcome!
