We are a group of boxing lovers who wants to promote boxing and enjoy sweating with you, who are interested in trying out boxing for the first time.
We are very casual frankly, but we will likely do the following in the 2hours section.
- Streching and warm up. 伸展熱身運動
- Jump rope 跳繩
- Shadow-boxing 空拳練習
- Bag work training 沙包練習
- Pad work training w coach 拳靶練習
- Strength and conditioning exercises 肌力與體能訓練
- Light sparring 對打練習(optional for boxer with min 3~6 months experience).
- Cold down exercise 緩和運動
We will share the cost of renting the lovely gym and equipment. Which is $100 per 2hours section, or $400 per month for every Wed and Friday.

"NO-SHOWS" will be recorded and habitual 'No-Showers' will be removed from the group. If you cannot make it to the exercise, be courteous and update your RSVP at least 12 hours before the event.
