How does Health IT system design affect patient engagement? How important is patient engagement in achieving meaningful use and positive health outcomes?

Some interesting ideas to think about:

Health and fitness tracking devices - How does manual or continuous user data capture change the way health care is delivered? EMR in the cloud, EHRs, mHealth and patient portals - How can we better anticipate and design for interaction between multiple communication and collaboration channels? Chronic disease management - How do we move towards a 'Healthcare GPS'?

Other articles, lectures, webinars, forums - to get your brain juices flowing!
