Hacker News Seattle Meetup 10

Hacker News Seattle Meetup 10 is here! Come hang out at Zynga's offices in Pioneer Square on July 3rd to eat good food (remember, you guys voted for sandwiches last month!), drink tasty beer, listen to a great speaker and get ready for the Fourth of July!

I'm not quite ready to announce the speaker yet, but it should confirmed in the next few days.

Thanks to our Premier Sponsor, Hotmail. They’re serious about making Hotmail the best email service in the world, and that starts with getting input from users like members of the Hacker News Seattle community. In addition to providing a few other surprises, they're responsible for improving the quality of food at the event!

Big thanks to our venue and the rest of the sponsors for this month:
Gist, who provides the only full view of your contacts from email, social networks, and other sources by creating rich business profiles that include the most news, status updates and work details.

Thanks to Bit Titan, who migrates the world’s mailboxes, from individuals to the largest telecoms, in over 50 countries.

Zynga, who will be hosting us this month, is the world's leading provider of social games and services.

See you on July 3rd!

Great crowd. Didn't meet anyone I didn't like. Thank you Zac for organizing!

It went out in yesterday's email reminder. Bill Schrier, former CTO of the City of Seattle, will be talking about what the government is doing (both locally and nationally) to promote transparency and open data.
