Cathline Marshall – Principal, Design & Usability Expert
Cathline Marshall has lived and worked in Paris, Tokyo and New York. Her career began as an artist in Paris working with Japanese papers to create refined and elegant gift-wrappings. Having expanded her design background to include more technological aspects, she now? specializes in web design, online strategy and human-computer interaction.
Ms. Marshall is an adjunct professor at New York University School of Continuing and Professional Studies teaching Dreamweaver, Intermediate Photoshop and Flash. She also teaches web design principles at Pace University in New York.
She is a former board member of the New York Chapter of the Usability Professionals Association and a member of the Graphic Artists Guild and the National Association of Photoshop Professionals.
Ms. Marshall is fluent in Japanese and an avid cyclist, averaging 150 to 200 miles a week.
Andy LoCasio – SEO Expert
Mr. LoCascio specializes in organic search engine optimization (SEO), but also partners with SEM providers. He has a very comprehensive approach that includes keyword analysis, strategy determination (in conjunction with the client), content modifications (if required) link acquisition, and monitoring, and is considered one of the most influential SEO experts in the field.

Kimberly Joyce – SEM Expert
Ms. Joyce is an Internet marketing consultant with ReachLocal, a digital media firm in New York City. She has been with the firm for over 4 years, helping small to mid-sized businesses to market on the web via search engine advertising, social media strategies and digital display campaigns. Her focus is local; she helps companies to reach their particular target markets via advanced web-based software.
Ms. Joyce’s background is in marketing with business development positions in the healthcare, hospitality and fashion industries. She has also worked on public relations campaigns, both for businesses and charitable causes in NYC and the UK. Other experience includes broadcast work and a role as an on-air radio personality.
