Meet outdoors on the ocean in Half Moon Bay (and even ride your bike to meeting point like me) and experience a varietal, educational, supportive and fulfilling workout for ALL skill levels. The goal is to push ourselves and get fit in a short amount of time. With the new year approaching, it is a great time to achieve the mind and body release we need in our daily lives while enjoying the ocean and breathing in fresh air!
DESCRIPTION: Each workout begins with a warm-up to get heart rate up, integrating into body weight-core exercises, lower body workouts, upper body workouts, all while sustaining a heart rate pace that taps into fat stores and excretes free radicals from the days environmental stresses. Conclusion of the sessions include a good total body stretch emphasizing tendons and connective tissue that shrink from sitting and driving all day.
WHEN: Sessions will be mornings (maybe afternoons) on weekdays and some weekends. You can choose which days to attend.
