What we're about

This is a group for people that live or work in Halton and surrounding areas who are looking to improve their health and address any health related challenges through natural means. We will have regularly scheduled meet ups to discuss health topics.

If you're interested in health & wellness, want to become your personal & professional best, and reach your full potential, then this is the group for you.

We plan to have regular occurring events that will provide you with insights and information on how to make changes in your life so you can become healthier, happier and have a greater sense of well-being! It is also an opportunity to meet others that share common interests in Health and Wellness.
Some future events for the remainder of 2018 will include:

-meet and greet to discuss with other members some ideas on future events
-forest bathing session
-a circuit style fitness class
-a nutrition information session

Small Group Personal Training Boot Camp

Attend our first small group personal training bootcamp to help you reach your personal fitness goals in 2019. During this bootcamp you will benefit from an individual customized program as well as encouragement from the team training atmosphere. All fitness levels are welcome as exercises will be modifiable. This event will take place in my home gym. I will be emailing you a few days in advance to confirm your attendance, so please ensure your account is set up to receive emails from organizers. Class will be lead by: Rebecca Steen, BASc Food & Nutrition, PTS Cost: $15 per person
