Monthly meeting of the Halton Peel Humanist Community.

If you approach the world from a scientific analytic position without the use of supernatural entities and act with compassion and accept responsibility for your acts of commission and of omission, you are probably a Humanist. H-PHC is part of the Humanist Association of Canada and meets on the 21st day of each month for socializing and discussion.

For information contact either Past President, Kevin Saldanha at [masked] [masked]) or H-PHC President, John Jackson, at [masked] [masked]). Humanists and those wishing to learn about Humanism are welcome. Admission is free.

The Halton-Peel Humanist Community holds regular meetings,  in the Halton-Peel Region (from Caledon to Burlington). If you are interested in joining the H-PHC, please send a message to Kevin Saldanha or John Jackson to get details and agenda.

Please also check our website for an updated calendar of upcoming meetings and events; go to:

We would encourage all members of this meet-up group to sign on to our Halton-Peel Humanist Community Yahoo Group by sending a blank message to [masked]

Very good, with 4 we drew up an agenda for Oct.18 meeting on a directive to be discussed, we had a lively discussion on various issues and personal issues we had about our being atheists/humanists, ups & downs, I think all of us enjoyed our talks! Until next time, to be continued!! Doug

Franklin's poorhouse is good, everyone knows about it and it is private. If I'm not mistaken, I suggested it before and got some 'likes' on the idea.

Should we do it on Wed or 21st? I would recommend Wed.
