Monthly HPHC Meeting

  • Feb 21, 2014 · 7:00 PM
  • This location is shown only to members

Monthly meeting of the Halton Peel Humanist Community.

We will be discussing the future direction of the community as well as a fund raising effort for Swami Manavatavadi's Kids Kingdom Un-orphanage in Kurukshetra, Haryana, India.

John Jackson will be visiting him this spring and will take some funds to help out his efforts to spread Humanism in this very religious part of India.

=======================================

If you approach the world from a scientific analytic position without the use of supernatural entities and act with compassion and accept responsibility for your acts of commission and of omission, you are probably a Humanist. H-PHC is part of the Humanist Association of Canada and meets on the 21st day of each month for socializing and discussion.

For information contact either Past President, Kevin Saldanha at [masked] [masked]) or H-PHC President, John Jackson, at [masked] [masked]). Humanists and those wishing to learn about Humanism are welcome. Admission is free.

The Halton-Peel Humanist Community holds regular meetings,  in the Halton-Peel Region (from Caledon to Burlington). If you are interested in joining the H-PHC, please send a message to Kevin Saldanha or John Jackson to get details and agenda.

Please also check our website for an updated calendar of upcoming meetings and events; go to:

We would encourage all members of this meet-up group to sign on to our Halton-Peel Humanist Community Yahoo Group by sending a blank message to [masked]
