I have passed many bicyclists who have little to no leg extension, pedal at turtle speeds and have their feet positioned badly.
Most of them have no idea that they are doing anything wrong, and they can actually hurt themselves due to their poor techniques.
This is not a bike repair clinic so please don't expect repairs. The point here is to teach proper technique, and you will get better performance and not hurt your knees.
