Nia is a dance-based fitness class that is inspired by dance arts, martial arts and mindful arts. This purposeful blend creates an experience that is unique, fun and definitely not too serious!

Everybody is welcome - regardless of dance experience, age, fitness level or physicality. Nia uses Your Body's Way to ensure that you get a movement experience that is suited to you, created for you, by you! Nia uses simple choreography and guided sensation focuses to let you be more in touch with your body, mind and spirit.
