Beavercreek Grange Hall
Well, the Board of County Commissioners adopted a version of Code Chapter 2.10 (Hamlets and Villages) that requires your Hamlet Board to be trained by March 1, 2017, so with four months leeway, Stephen Madkour will NOT be training us tonight. Come to the meeting anyway and get the details.
We know it's the day before Thanksgiving, but come join your neighbors and the Board to NOT get training from Stephen Madkour, Clackamas County Counsel, in Open Meetings, Public Records, and other details the Board must know to continue to function. The Hamlet of Beavercreek was formed and operates under County Code Chapter 2.10, which will be changed and adopted by the Board of County Commissioners on November 23rd, the day of our meeting. If you're interested in the details of how the Hamlet operates, this is a can't-miss meeting.
Come join your neighbors to discuss issues affecting the Beavercreek area.
Check Discussions/Message Boards/Meeting Agendas for other agenda items.
Reminder: no Community Meeting in December, but come to the Holiday Tree Lighting December 3rd, 6 p.m. at the Korner Park, Beavercreek and Leland Roads.
