Sound has the potential to reach far deeper than our conscious minds as you relax our brainwaves soften like daydreaming, falling asleep or waking up moments this helps to release on emotional, physical and mental levels for a greater sense of health and well-being. For some, it facilitates a journey of healing – all by lying down or sitting if you prefer, bathed in sound simply doing nothing but listening and observing how you feel.
