Our Groups purpose is friendship, having fun and socialising with people and going on new adventures, however small. That's what Meetup was originally for, so no one feels alone, everyone will know someone and for some of us in this group we have made long lasting friendships. This group is for anyone, it is totally inclusive of everyone and all the things that make someone an individual. This group is for 'just being yourself', no pressure, informal fun group. We do various events and because we have to pay a subscription fee to Meetup, we charge £1 per person for meal meetups and 50p per person for all other meetups. Cant get more reasonable than that!
So what are you waiting for, look forward to meeting you at a meetup soon!
The Lion King is the latest Disney animation to be given a live action and CGI makeover. The release date will mark the 25th anniversary of the release of the original 1994 animated film. I can get the tickets in advance for all those interested, before we go as I expect it will be a busy screening as it is released 19th July.
Let me know before end of day 16th July if you would like me to get your ticket, after that you can get your own but I will update to where we are sitting.
See you outside on the steps at 6:45pm

Join us for a midweek catch up, eat and drink from the pub's extensive menu, and play easy to learn proprietary card and board games which I will bring along. If you would like to bring along your own games that's fine, but please ensure that you know the rules and are willing to impart them to the rest of us, and ensure there are sufficient components to allow all of us to play. 50p meeting fee per person is payable on the night.
