This is a stunning and recently untouched stretch of coastline that leads into a sandbar.
There are sometimes conch to be found and usually an awesome view of the Chesapeake Bay.
The hike is about 3.5 miles each way for a total of 7 through mostly hard sand(depending on the tide).
The Back River Lighthouse once stood here.
