How to find us

We're meeting at Kyle's house and parking may be tight. If you have trouble finding a spot, there is a target store close to the house with a big lot. Car pooling might also help.

Please bring a bottle or jar with a lid if you'd like to take samples of hot sauce or pepper mash home.

Kyle will be sharing his recipe and technique for making hot pepper sauce with us.

Hot sauce is not just a modern invention, it's been around for a very long time. The Aztecs in Southern Mexico, used chili's as far back as 7000 BC. They were used for flavor but also for medicinal purposes.

Columbus most likely brought peppers to Europe and India where they became popular in any culture that enjoyed spicy cuisine. Evidence of hot sauces have also been found in all kinds of ancient ruins, and ships.

Space is limited - so please be sure to update your RSVP status if your plans change.
