• What we'll do
Every week the class starts with warm drinks (tea & coffee) and chats.
We then prepare the body for physical practice with light introductory movements, joint preparation practice, and movement games for physical development (including balance, coordiantion, rhythm, strength and mobility). We then commence the hand balancing portion of the class.
• What to bring
Bring a good attitude and clothes that you are comfortable moving in.
• Important to know
All new comers will be required to complete a pre exercise screener/waiver before participating.
No attendee has any obligation to participate in any activity that they may have concerns for their safety doing. All attendees are responsible for their own level of participation. Should you have any injuries or concerns please notify the teacher.
