This is a HIKE, not a WALK in the WOODS
Ensure your Body can handle this!
If you are bringing guests, Ensure that
they are aware that this is a HIKE.
Sneakers are OK but hiking shoes will be better. Bring some water, Bananas or Granola Bars, Bug Repellant & Sunblock. Beach accessories (if joining us for after-party).

Duration approx 3+ hours, approx 5+ miles
AFTER PARTY !!!
Nothing beats the feeling of a nice dip after exercise.
After Hike, we drive/carpool to Sunken Meadow Beach parking lot and relax/swim @ beach.
Please bring towel, sunblock, beach-wear, beach accessories, whatever drink you wish to enjoy and some food (salad/sandwich etc).
The beach has Food, concession stands and shower/changing facilities.

For this Hike - WE DO NOT MEET IN THE SUNKEN MEADOW Park Pkg Lot!
Directions: LIE EXIT 53, To Sunken meadow/sagtikos.... North....TO SM4E ....Go East on Pulaski Road...(which changes to Old Dock Road)..... you will cross a school, keep going straight, after you cross sunken meadow road/ST Johnland Road you pull into a small canoe livery parking area on left. This parking area is right before you hit the old dock restaurant. If you hit the end of the road, come back, you missed this small parking area.This area is before you get to the main parking lot. Please use co-ordinates below for exact location.
Alternately, you can get directions by entering your home address as source in Google Maps and the co-ordinates below as destination (use above directions as guide as well)
