Joy Meditation - The Art of Ease
Join us for our weekly Joy Meditation on Thursdays at 6pm, for 30 minutes! The Joy Meditation - the Art of Ease is a fun and inspiring approach to life using different kinds of guided meditation. It is also an easy way to start learning about meditation, starting a practice, lowering your levels of anxiety and stress, and relaxing. The session is perfect if you: - Want to be part of a mindful community - Already meditate or have never meditated before - Believe that you need to find peace in life - Want to learn more about different kinds of meditation $5 Suggested donation The facilitator, Rodrigo, has been sharing meditation over the last few years in Portland, while running his organization - the Portland Happiness Center, and supporting people to have a happier life. He learned different ways of meditation while he lived in India, in 2010. Rodrigo's approach is gentle and accessible to everyone. We look forward to seeing you there! Welcome home

Happier Portland was created to facilitate exploration of HAPPINESS.

Happiness can be measured and happiness can be taught. Increasing your happiness is possible through tools developed in the science of positive psychology, workshops, courses, books, etc.

The club is free to join and open to everyone with an interest in wellness, health, happiness, flourishing, positivity, therapy, positive psychology and self-improvement.

Happy & Mindful Portland provides an opportunity to meet other enthusiasts and learn from people that improved their happiness levels.

We meet in the Portland, Oregon area and our meetings will always be focused on the practice of positive acts.
