Join us for a Sunday morning of healing Yoga and Meditation to center the mind, body, and prepare you for your week ahead.
FREESIES!! Yes totally free although love donations are accepted as I'd like to have extra yoga mats for those that come to class and don't have one :) Love Donations are also welcome to help support our mission of promoting healing for others suffering from stress, anxiety, depression, PTSD, and more.
These sessions are for beginners to our more advanced Yogis.
The class will begin promptly at 8 am with 45 minutes of yoga, 10 minutes of guided meditation, leaving us a bit of time for fellowship.
This class is for women, as this is a women's group. I apologize to any males.
