As a Certified Life/Happiness coach and endurance athlete, I have made it my mission to find creative ways to achieve fitness goals through love and kindness instead of guilt in pain. I no longer beat myself up mentally before or after every work out. I no longer criticize myself as never being fast enough, running or training long enough, or for missed workouts.
