Sandy Estrela decided a few years back to take steps to detox her own & here family's life. Our world continues to get more toxic and the effects are not good! Any small steps we can take to reduce our toxic load will have long-term positive effects. Join us to find simple, sane and affordable alternatives. Normal hormone levels influence a woman’s good health and emotional well-being from her early teens to her transition through menopause. Natural alternatives such as essential oils, and nutritional supplementation, can help manage symptoms associated with hormone change. Come join me as we learn how to safely and effectively use essential oils to help support and balance hormones and emotions. What you'll learn: + How your hormones fluctuate + How to use essential oils to help balance your hormones +Ways to affect mood positively using natural solutions What to Bring: + Just yourself and natural curiosity. I will have a handout you can jot notes on and oils to sample. There will be supplies available if you would like to make a custom roller bottle and cost is $7 per bottle. More About Sandy: Growing up with an inherent interest in holistic & alternative healing, Sandy recognized that the need for options outside of modern medicine is more predominant now than ever. Our toxic load is growing almost daily; eliminating toxins wherever possible and reducing the exposure when we can will have an impact on our families and our health long term. Sandy’s youngest boy was born premature and required puffers and respiratory meds – she did extensive research on the products we were putting on, and in our bodies and was shocked to find out what was hiding in the ingredient lists of the most common family, baby and child-focused products. Finally, she came across an essential oil called Breathe, which a lot of moms had recommended. It worked and that was it – she was in love with high-quality essential oils! Sandy has learned how to safely and easily incorporate other essential oils to support and strengthen her child’s immune system. She now has an ally to teach children that we have control over our own health but also help other families who are seeking a safe, affordable and natural line of oils that address every system of the body.
