The name explains what kind of running group we are. Its all for FUN! This is not a paced group nor is there any membership fees. You can run any distance at any pace. We start with foam rolling and a full body warm up at the park then head out on the Ballona Creek path together. The group seperates as everyone gets into their own pace. When everyone returns we stretch and go have coffee.
