If you are trying to lose weight, tone-up or gain lean muscle and have fun while doing it, this is the boot camp for you.
At One4All BootCamp our motto is: Have Fun. Get Fit. Be Healthy. So, expect to be challenged and have fun at the same time.
One-hour sessions will focus on fat burning, endurance, agility and strength and will include calisthenics, plyometrics, interval and aerobic training to keep the body guessing. Along with using your own body weight and the park surroundings, we incorporate resistance bands, jump ropes, obstacle courses and TRX (suspension) training to keep workouts challenging and fun. Sessions are lead by NASM certified Master Trainer, Tice.
If you live in Harlem, Morningside Heights or Upper West Side, you will benefit from the convenient, beautiful location of Morningside Park. We meet in Morningside Park @ 114th St. Every Tues. and Thurs. at 7am and 6pm and Saturdays at 10 am.
You do not need to bring anything but water, a towel and a positive attitude.
All fitness levels are welcomed and encouraged to attend.
