In conjunction with AMC Magic Johnson Theaters, the HarlemGo Meetup is very proud to offer members a very good value in first-run movie entertainment - matinees for $3 - called Save Money Saturdays / Sundays!
This exclusive, members-only offer will show Iron Man 3, starring Robert Downey Jr., Gwyneth Paltrow, Don Cheadle, and Sir Ben Kingsley.
Please Read: When you arrive to the theater, please go directly upstairs to the theater floor (3rd floor) where there will be an RSVP line. The first 50 RSVP'd members on the line will get the discount - first come, first served. RSVP'd members will be verified, so having a picture associated with your group name would be helpful.
After all of the discount tickets are accounted for, RSVP'd members can pay full matinee price to see the movie, and will receive first consideration on the next HarlemGo - AMC movie promotion.
Important notes on attending the movie:
Simply RSVP for your discount ticket.
This discount is limited to 50 members - first at the theater, first served.
Showtime is 11:30am, discount will begin to be distributed at 10:30am (a line can form as early as 9:30).
You must RSVP to recieve the discount. Sorry, there cannot be any exceptions.
Members are limited to one discount ticket each
This offer is only available to HarlemGo members for only the date and time listed for this meetup.
Your discounted ticket cannot be exchanged for another date or time.
Non-members are welcome to join us and buy a ticket at full matinee price.
After the movie: Harlem Tavern (2153 Frederick Douglass Blvd. at 116th St.) will be waiting for us for with a designated space for eats, drinks, & socializing starting at 2:30pm, so if you're not able to attend the movie you can meet us there to hang out. All are welcome to join - whether attending the movie or not! The meetup will officially end at 4:30pm but anyone is welcome to stay as long as they like.
