Meditation

Meditation goes way beyond calming the mind- it helps reduce knee-jerk emotional reactions, increases compassion and makes a person feel lighter. Join us for this weekly session. Wear comfortable clothing. Bring your own meditation cushion, if you have one (but not necessary). Chairs are provided. Beginners welcome!
