This is a weekly free Fit Club. We'll meet 1x week to workout together and I'll invite everyone to a Facebook group for nutrition workshops and other fitness tips and challenges throughout the week.
We'll be using a combination of Beachbody workouts such as P90X, Insanity, CIZE, Boot Camp style, Yoga, Piyo, Kickboxing, etc. . .Workouts are typically 30-45 minutes!
Most workouts will be following a DVD. Sometimes I'll lead a live INSANITY workout!
ALL fitness levels are welcome. I will help coach you through proper form and modifications for your fitness level. Please check with your health care provider before beginning a new exercise routine.
