Hartford Area Humanists' Book Discussion Group will next discuss Viktor Frankl's classic "Man's Search for Meaning". Based on his experiences in Nazi death camps, including Auschwitz, from 1942 to 1945, Frankl's timeless memoir and meditation on finding meaning in the midst of suffering argues that man cannot avoid suffering but can choose how to cope with it, find meaning in it, and move forward with renewed purpose!

"Man's Search for Meaning" is on the shelf at public libraries througout the state. There is no charge for this event. Food is available at the diner off the menu at your discretion.

Newbies are welcome. All attendees are strongly encouraged to read the book.
