If so, try Laughter Yoga! Many people say it is a life-changing, exhilarating experience. Meet other laughter-loving folks!
No special flexibility required. We use laughter as exercise, and we play simple games and do deep breathing techniques. Participating is fun and easy! People of all physical abilities and ages are welcome.
CLOTHING/WATER: Water bottle and comfortable clothing and shoes are recommended. No yoga mats.
