What we're about

The Northern Plains Hash House Harriers are part of the international Hash House Harriers. It is a social club of runners (walkers welcome) that has been described as a "drinking club with a running problem," started by ex-pat Brits in Malaysia. A person acts as hare and marks a trail with chalk. The hare is then followed several minutes later by the rest of the group. They attempt to follow the trail left by the hare and to catch the hare. The hare thwarts capture by leaving the runners beer (or water or a GF beverage if preferred), requiring (often inappropriate) songs to be sung, etc. It is a social group of fun!!!!
