What we're about

(See below for past info on the Giant Denver Site)

HASSELHOFF MTB is going to work to bridge a gap between more "competitive" Meetup rides where folks are more likely to be racing the trails to beginner rides such as those found at Bear Creek.

We'll work at providing "sessions" within rides sometimes depending on the turnout. Instead of just walking harder sections, we'll offer a chance to stop and session it for 10 minutes or whatever works for the group so that people can work on technique and improve. (Of course walking is fine too as we're out to have fun, not create any stress.)

In October of last year (2018) emails went out to all group members regarding the status of the Giant Cycling World meetup group to notify everyone that it would terminate if no one chose to continue with the management of the site.

I waited for someone to take over the site but no one did so I paid the fee and kept it active in order to keep it from being deleted.

The site has changed it's course from what it's been in the past focusing on mountain biking only. (My apologies to the cyclists who were part of the original group).

I'm very excited to get started organizing some rides and getting back on my bike so please feel free to reach out and join, or ask questions. You can be a beginner or expert, it doesn't matter - you just need to have a desire to explore the trails around the foothills and beyond. My personal goal is to get some good exercise, have fun, and not take things too seriously.

Thanks!

Jason
