Looking for a coach to help you get through your blocks, keeping you stuck in a bad relationship with food? Fed up with the voices in your head putting you down or maybe getting to the point of feeling useless because the diets only work for a short period of time or not at all?
In this small group of weekly coaching group busting unwanted behaviour around overeating, cravings and guilt. I am a trained therapist who specialises in changing mindsets around negative eating. If you are struggling, why not come along and see the differences that the group can make to your life.
If you are looking for freedom from the urge to keep reaching for food or the stress of being displeased about how you look, this approach will help. I use different energy processes and NLP to move you to being empowered over food and emotions around eating.
