This is a group the busy person who wants to enhance their life by taking care of their body, heart, and mind. This group will practice gentle yoga (20-25minutes) and then a guided meditation (focusing on relaxing and letting go of stress and cultivation of the heart). We start at 7 PM and end at 7:45 PM. It's amazing that with a little yoga and meditation you can change your state of being! Please join us every other Monday starting October 14th.
