Walking around outdoors and hiking carries inherent risks, like sun burn, bee sting, falling down, the dreaded 'hat hair'... umm... broken bones, falling off cliffs or into a sinkhole. Birds might poop on you, or you could get a twisted ankle or have an encounter with a wild animal. Hike within your limits, know your surrounding, have a plan, go with a partner. Always carry extra water and hike within your limitations.
