If I'm not able to answer the phone.. This means program already started so just buzz in when u can..

About me:

I specialize in saving bee's by removing them from unwanted places like in residential walls ceiling etc.. I re-home them to my beautiful bee sanctuary with the most magical views. I have 2 apiaries with over over 40 beehives and growing. You will experience beehives that are wild and domesticated and learn the basics to advanced beekeeping. Bee's are pollinating up to 1/3 rd of our food that we eat. When bee's are extinct. We will only live up to for years thereafter.

What we’ll do:

1st - 15 minutes - We will take a walk up the yard and experience the magical bee sanctuary with views of Waimanalo, Kailua, Kaneohe Bay, Lanakai, Koolau mountains.. It's literally heavenly up here. We will go over some bee facts and learn how we can all do our part to save the bee's.

2nd - 15 minutes or less - We will get familiar with an Empty beehive and how to open close and manipulate a hive. Next we will get suited up.

3rd - 30 minutes - We will walk through the apiary and experience wild hives and domesticated hives and learn about the differences.

4th - 35 minutes - We will go and inspect a live working beehive and see and learn about the life cycles and duties of the entire colony and share what we learned. And if the queen allows. We may even witness baby bees being born.

5th - 25 minutes - We will taste some Real Raw Local Hawaiian Honey harvested from my beehives. And if there's time.. You will witness an actual client receive BVT - Bee Venom Therapy

If weather is amazing. After event we may go to a waterfall for a quick healing swim.

This experience is one of a kind! Whether you’re visiting the island or your a local, you will enjoy this experience if you have any interest in bees, beekeeping, or honey! Tina and Richard are both so knowledgeable and so willing to share their hobby. You really get up close and person to the bees...LOTS of them! We went on a day where the bees where very docile and we were even able to touch them without suits. Then we tasted the most delicious honey I’ve ever had. Highly recommend!

What a wonderful outdoor setting with beautiful panoramic views for the Hawaiian Honey Beehive Experience. This was my first time up close to bee hives and came away absolutely delighted and educated about how the hive and bee colony work. After easily putting on the BeeKeeper suit, friendly Tina & Richard patiently took me through the hives hands on and I got a chance to see the colonies, discovering the Queen bees and learning what BeeKeeping is all about answering my questions along the way. Finally, tasting the honey from the hives was a real treat. Great tasting honey and what a marvel the HoneyBee is :)
