This is a group for women who are wanting to experience the subtle to profound benefits of a quiet meditative practice while walking together in nature.
Meet at the Fishway area trail head at 2PM. My phone is 415 254 6577. Text me when you arrive or are on your way.
Organizer will introduce the practice of the health benefits of a walking meditation.
Walk in meditative silence.
Stop for snacks and socializing. And walk back to the trail head talking.
This is a chance for us to walk while practicing mindfulness and meeting other women. The purpose is to be present and aware of our own internal process while being surrounded by the powerful presence of nature.
Bring your own water and snacks. No children or pets, please.
