This group is for anyone interested in starting or continuing a weight loss journey. All skill levels are welcome but we are specifically targeting novices who are doing this because they want to be able to walk their daughter down the aisle one day or want to better their health to be able to carry their grandchildren or simply want to live a happier and healthier life. We are starting this group to help those who do not have access to a local gym, or need free assistance on commencing the process. Together we will engage in strength and cardio exercises for up to 60 minutes at a local park. We are looking forward to helping you achieve your fitness goals and better your health in 2019!
