This is an informal meeting where we can discuss and share a new perspective on Mental Health and Wellbeing that can provide huge benefits to everyone. This understanding has been developing since the initial findings by a man called Syd Banks in the 1970s, it is a genuine new way of looking at how we perceive the world and the impact this has on our overall wellness. The aim is for this to become a fun easy discussion group and any questions will be welcome throughout the talk.
Attending the meeting is completely free, although small contributions to the hall would be welcome. If you only come along for the free tea and coffee, I’m sure you will also find something that could provide amazing benefits to yourself, your kids and anyone you work with.
