If you said “yes” to any of these questions, then come along to our open discussion about Meditation and Mindfulness.
Attendees will be encouraged to share the obstacles they've encountered and what's worked for them around meditation, and Kylie will contribute throughout the session with techniques, insights, and suggestions around each discussion topic.
You're welcome to just come and listen, or share. This is totally up to you!
