This breathing meditation is a gentle form of active breathing. Through the practice of an easy to learn 3 part breath, music and intuitive guidance I will assist you in creating a safe container for you to journey inward with your breath to access your own inner healer. The result is you will feel lighter, more clear and with a greater connection to your life force energy. Please bring a yoga mat, a light blanket if you tend to feel cold and some water to drink.
