Join Dawn for Chakra Yoga: a mindful, beginner-friendly, slow flow yoga class focused on bringing the chakras (energy centers along the spine) into balance. Physical postures, visualizations, and breathing exercises will be woven together to awaken the vital life force energy inside you.
