Need to unwind? Join Dawn for relaxing, skillfully designed class combining the best of both yin & restorative yoga. Each posture can be adapted to suit your individual needs with the support of blankets, blocks, and bolsters. Explore deep nurturing stretches on the floor by flickering candlelight. Each pose will be held from 3-7 minutes. Benefits of yin & restorative yoga include restoring range of motion, improving flexibility/joint health, increasing breath capacity/awareness, reducing stress/anxiety, increases circulation, and calms nervous system. All (beginners and advanced) are welcome to explore this wonderful practice.
