All levels welcome. No previous yoga experience necessary AT ALL...Just bring your WHOLE self.
This group is for anyone who is coping with grief from a recent (or not so recent) loss of a loved one (parent/child/friend/pet). The grieving process takes time. Healing happens gradually, it can't be forced or hurried and there is no “normal” timetable for which this process takes place.
Join others who can relate to what you are going through in a gentle and compassionate yoga setting to support each other through grief. You will find support through movement, meditation and energy healing.
A few yoga mats, blankets and blocks are available to use, but please feel free to bring your own. Really all you have to do is show up and take it one breath at a time.
This meet up is completely FREE. We are grateful for any donations, however it is not required. Any donations will be used for the space and resources for the class.
