Everyone should experience the peace and freedom the mind can have by practicing natural ancient techniques like Reiki, Yoga, Meditation and breathwork. These techniques heal and remove emotional and physical blocks that inhibit us from living a more free and happy life!!
Through my life practice and experience I have wisdom to share that has freed my mind from the false conditioning taught to me about happiness vs learning how to experience the true happiness inside that we all have and just need to access.
I am a certified Reiki Master, Yoga instructor, Guided Meditation and Breathwork teacher!
