What we're about

What might we learn if we looked at the world with the belief that Higher Power is involved in absolutely everything that happens to us?

Perhaps we could start to see all "blessings" and "difficulties" as different teachers with their own blessing to give.

Join our Circle as we connect with Higher Power in order to transform whatever is showing up in your life into growth and healing.

This group is in the lineage of Hal Robinson’s Spirit Stalking.

Members of this group can look forward to:

• Developing your intuition by accessing the wisdom of your body
• Increasing your connection to your Higher Power and feeling your relationship with the web of all life
• Using obstacles in your life to grow in power and consciousness

COST:

There is no charge to attend. See you there!

PARKING:

There are parking lots on both sides of the Say Sí building. Most likely the first (smaller) lot you see will be full. Do not fret! Keep driving (past the stoplight) until you see the second, larger lot. That's probably the best place to park.

AGENDA:

1. The facilitator introduces the the group, its purpose, and the spiritual perspective we're working with.

2. We complete a short meditation, where we each check in with ourselves about how we are feeling in the moment and what we would like to get out of the group.

3. Going around the circle clockwise from the facilitator, each person says one word, one phrase, or one sentence about their intention for the group.

4. We open up the group to anyone who would like to explore their issue / intention in greater depth.

5. The facilitator helps the person to clarify what's going on in the situation and explore what spiritual lesson Higher Power may be inviting the person to learn.

6. The group provides feedback to the person. (Feedback is NOT advice, personal story-telling, questioning, or analysis/diagnosis. Feedback IS saying how you felt and related to what the person shared, like "I do that, too," or, "When you were talking about your problem, I felt nervous. When you found your solution, I felt happy.")

7. Steps 5 and 6 are repeated for as much time as we have.

8. We close in a circle and express gratitude for what we have shared together.
